If you defined the package requirements, folks would know this. If you want folks to invest their time in helping you, you need to invest your time in providing detailed questions.

So far all we know is a Pi Zero 2W, likely is some sort of case since you reference a lid.

No details on runtime desired, no details on cost, no details on use case, no details on desired total size.... All we know is Pi Zero 2W that you would like to run off battery power.

Easiest solution is an external power bank. If you need an all in one package, you need to define your requirements.
