Thanks for that. I tried to access a telnet-enabled Raspberry Pi Pico usingbut it failed with failed to access rfc2217://192.168.2.126:23 (it may be in use by another program)
I can access the REPL via telnet 192.168.2.126, so maybe utelnetserver isn't doing the right rfc2217 thing
