Thank you for your suggestion to flash a spare SD card with Pi OS Bookworm and check if Chromium plays videos correctly. Before I proceed with that, I want to mention that I've tested the same version of the OS on an SSD, which hasn't been updated yet, and I encountered a different issue. Video playback works, but Netflix no longer allows streaming. It appears there might be a DRM-related issue.
I've attached a screenshot that shows how Netflix looks and the list of updates pending. It seems like the problem with Netflix might be related to these updates or DRM support in the current version of Chromium.
Do you have any further advice on how to resolve the DRM issue with Netflix, or should I proceed with the fresh installation on the SD card to isolate the issue further?
