Fouund out the likely reason the above connection failure happens
Retail uses PROBE_IO_SWDI while debugprobe_on_pico uses PROBE_IO_RAW
Problem is that while OpenOCD had a fork for picoprobe (using raw I imagine) it's rather dated (so likely not a solution as sdk too old)
