If you don't know much about this stuff then you're going to get nowhere fast. Your options are to either learn everything you need to know to understand how this all works, or put the parts in your junk pile.I don't know very much about stuff like this. Find the data sheet of the display, post pictures of it. Then people might be able to help.
As to how to find a datasheet, well, have you tried Google? You can search for the chip numbers and see if you get any results. Search for everything printed on the chips, on the PCB, on the screen module.
The touchscreen is a 4-wire resistive touchscreen. They are very easy to drive.
