see if below makes any difference

Code:

video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080M@60D
and make sure to get rid of the settings state in your initial post viewtopic.php?p=2264320#p2263595
yes, i removed stuff i added in from: sudo nano /boot/firmware/config.txt

i went back into sudo nano /boot/firmware/cmdline.txt
i put all in one line, making sure this is the first thing "video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080M@60D" same low resolution.
next, i tried video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080M@60 same result. no luck.
here is the full single line for you: video=HDMI-A-1:1920x1080M@60 console=serial0,115200 console=tty1 root=PARTUUID=3206cde4-02 rootfstype=ext4 fsck.repair=yes rootwait quiet splash plymouth.ignore-serial-consoles cfg80211.ieee80211_regdom=US
