The original Raspberry Pi 5 models shipped with the C1 stepping of the Broadcom SoC, with the 2 GB model introducing a cost-reduced D0 stepping. This version removes unused features and happens to be a bit more power-efficient. It would be quite expected for the 4 GB and 8 GB models to also transition to that SoC version.
Have any D0-SoCs been spotted on 4/8 GB RPis already?
