Have you tried flashing a Raspberry Pi OS version (e.g. the Lite version) to your SD card or USB drive and seeing if that boots?
If it does, it might be worth checking your eeprom firmware is up to date.
How much RAM does your Pi5 have?
The 4GB and 8GB versions use the C stepping of the processor, but the 2GB version uses the D stepping which PINN does not yet support, but hopefully will do in the next release.

Yes i installed RPI OS both from USB and SD and both worked. I have the rpi 5 with 8gb. I will try to update the eeprom firmware and will reply if it worked after that
