If you’re using Bookworm the Simpsons TV tutorial won’t work as it uses the old omxplayer.

At least give vlc a try.

Yup, so I see. Well to get screen and driver working I'm on Buster, yay. Lightning fast! I'll make it even faster by stopping everything that is not necessary after.

Simpsons one should get me at least to code sound, wire power button, code it etc.

I never used omx anyways, but VLC which I use everywhere else sounds like an obvious choice, as my TV programme will be very much more complex than just playing one series in loop.

I mean, if it is possible at all technically what I'm scheming for.
