RaspBerryPi is awesome: Single-Board Computers have been around for decades for many decades. but honestly it was the release of the first Raspberry Pi in 2012 that brought these miniature devices to the forefront of the computing industry.
schoolclasses could afford it - and teenagers
this is thrilling - and so awesome!!
Since 2012, in the last 12 years we’ve seen major advancements in the software and hardware Aspekts of SBCs - the Raspberry Pi inspired lots of manufactors around the globe. Many many new boards came - and the Espressive-Story (ESP8266 and ESP 32) was a great success too.
Many newer boards with much much firepower to not only run most desktop tasks but even run more complex decent frame rates.
I love the RaspberryPi for its global community of idea Exchange. The most impresive Thing is the global community of Friends ist awesome to see the idea xchnage and the Knowledge Transfer - in the Forums Therefore i choose RPI over X86 Architecture!!
That said, there are still a couple of areas where the SBC industry could do more. So, what d o you wish - whats your whish-list of all the aspects where SBC could get better which Points manufacturers to focus on going forward.
