-Looks like the availability of a 16Gbye RAM chip is enabling that for the CM5 and the Pi5. See viewtopic.php?p=2272126#p2272126 about the latter.
If the classic Raspberry Pi 5 got an upgrade to 16GB of RAM, that would be amazing!
