And the PC end might be either USB 2 or USB 3 (or even 3.1 or 3.2). The USB 2.0 spec is to supply 0.5A. The USB 3.0 spec is to provide 0.9A. PCs don't appear to actually adhere to those limits. In theory, your PC documentation should state how much current will be available for USB ports....but I doubt your documents are that complete.I used cable USB C to USB A.
