General discussion • Is it possible to work Image with Pi4 as well Pi5

Hi,
I was wondering if our Custom OS of Raspberry Pi can be able to work with Pi4 and Pi5 as well?
Few details for my Custom OS

Kernal version: Linux 5.10.103-v7l+
Operating System: Raspbian GNU/Linux 10 (buster)
Architecture: arm 32 bit

If I update the current Image with below commands, will our image work as Pi4 and Pi5

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade -y
sudo apt full-upgrade -y
