You can't.Can we create a system that will never fail because of a wrong power down?
What you can do is mitigate against such a disaster.
1. Backup the system, frequently
2. Test the backups
3. Know exactly what you're going to restore and where it lives
4. Keep multiple backups
5. Delete ancient backups
6. Keep one full copy at a remote location or on a remote server (Google or Dropbox)
7. Use partial backups if possible (it takes less time but may be harder to restore)
8. Don't let telecoms engineers or electricians near your backups (my son is an electrician, he destroyed one of my backups and the hard drive it lived on)
9. Have a skeleton system you can boot in a hurry (or know how you can create a bootable SD card)
