Yes, I have tried flash_nuke, no effect.

I looked at the USB VID/PID. The VID (Vendor) is correctly showing 0x2e8a (Raspberry Pi) but the PID is 0x0003 which is the ID for the original Pico. It should be 0x000f for the Pico 2. From what I've read it can be changed via the OTP system. The question is can it be changed back and what changed the OTP?
