PMIC_Enable is intriguing, but I think it probably turns off the 3.3V regulators too, which I'm using for everything else, including the MCU that manages this. When I get one, I can check that out. But perhaps I can drive it low through a 1uF cap, and it will recharge on its own, and everything including the MCU will power back up.
