FIXED IT !!
On the RPi4 only Pipewire is installed.
On the RPi5 Pulseaudio and Pipewire are installed (raspi-config 6,A7) and pipewire was active.
I changed the setting on the RPi5 from pipewire to pulseaudio.
And now I have audio via my monitor speakers !!
btw. Now raspi-config 1,S2 also is functioning and comes up with hdmi selected.
