I managed to get all the files from the Provider. Uploaded them to: https://mega.nz/folder/1TQ1mCgB#08XOqEZgDEoZkZh1CIOP-A
I've just got a similar Pico/ESP8285 module, having not noticed the different Wifi Chip on order, Thanks to your files I've got AT working.
I've tried to Download the 8285 AT-Image bin from Expressif, the official releases are for 2MB Flash, while ESP8285 on this board only have 1MB.
Expressif tells for 1MB Flash you only can download a 1MB AT Flash Image from their Buildserver: No Official 1MB Release.
While your AT-Image works none of the ones from that expressive servers: Newest Builds with Artifacts
The newest of that runs have artifacts = Outputs with binaries, None of that 1MB Bins of that Build Results worked, only the one from your upload.
I'm a little reluctant to have Wifi-Firmware of unknown source running in my network, because official ones from the big supplier does not work - real official ones not even exist.
