My raspberry pi 400 keeps on blinking the power light randomly in no pattern. I'm suspecting that this is going to be something to do with the OS on it. I'm unable to use the imager on pc due to not having administrator access on windows. I also can't use the network imager since the raspberry pi 400 is restarting every time the power light flickers. The power supplies I've used all work fine.
