I'm having a problem with my Raspberry Pi 5 Compute Module. It doesn't boot.
When it's connected to an HDMI cable and powered with a 5V, 5A supply, the red LED lights up, but the green LED stays off. There's no signal output through HDMI. I've verified that both the HDMI cable and monitor are working correctly, as they function properly with another device.
Even when no SSD or SD card is connected, there’s no message on the screen indicating a missing boot device—just no signal at all.
Do you have any idea what the issue might be?

Perhaps a fault in the associated but unspecified IO Board that would be needed to exploit your Compute Module?
(Or is there a contradiction between your descriptions of a Compute Module and an RPi[5] 'flagship' single board computer.)
