... erm, this was partly my fault!
When I originally setup the bed control I used an Alexa Routine to control the TV Mode.
When my Raspberry Pi died I built a new one, but called the device "TV Mode". This conflicted with the routine of the same name hence the problem!!
All fixed now and working perfectly.
I'll go beat myself to death my the old broken raspberry pi ......
