you should determine the torque requirement of the servos. if its >0.5 N⋅m you probably need an external power source
read some tutorials on H-bridge control and theory, and then buy some breakout boards
what exactly do you want to rotate at the end ? is it a low force surface on an RC plane or like something huge ?
