Yes it is getting hot enough.
Since a few tests ago I could also see in hwmon1, that there was a target rpm for the fan, but the fan was not moving.
Last resort now was to take apart the fan, as I suspected a cold soldering or a broken cable.
Just now I finally found the solution. The housing of the fan itself was twisted by its own fixing screws (not screws I had to put in but ones that were put in during assembly) and pushed slightly on the fan blades. It tried to move all along but could not...
Now I put some distancers between housing and fan and everything works fine.
