I think you are saying that running the demonstration script provided by Freenove works, but your own modified version does not?I bought the Freenove RFID starter kit, and followed the Python GPIOZero guide to the part where they explain ADC. Note that the ADC device they provide is the ADS7830. I downloaded the module, wired everything correctly, and ran their script, and everything worked as expected. I tried to remake their ADC voltage reading script with their ADCDevice module, but this time it acted like the module didn't exist. I'm really confused, because their script runs fine. I even tried copy-and-pasting their script into Mu (my preferred editor), and it still didn't work. It would help if anyone could offer me an alternative for reading values from the ADS7830. Any help would be appreciated. Also note that I'm an absolute beginner, and consequently not very experienced in electronics or technology. If needed, the starter kit I was provided by Freenove can be found here: https://github.com/Freenove/Freenove_RF ... spberry_Pi. I am on Chapter 7 of the GPIOZero guide.
One reaction is to point out that in several places in Chapter 7 of the tutorial it says:

More immediately offering help here -
What model of RPi board are you using, and what Operating System is it running?
By reference to page numbers in the Freenove tutorial, what was the specific script that worked when you ran it? How did you start it running?
And then for comparison, can you post your own failing script, along with an example of how you run it and all the resulting error traceback.
