It’s failing because PulseAudio isn’t running under your user. Start it manually with pulseaudio --start, then try pactl list short sinks again. If you still get the same error, remove PipeWire to avoid conflicts and make sure pulseaudio-module-bluetooth is installed. After that, reconnect your speaker in bluetoothctl, then run pactl set-default-sink <sink_name> once it appears. That should restore audio playback.
