It's been a while, but I finally got some TLC59116 chips.
I think I ruined the first one by applying too much solder paste and heating it too much, so I bought another one but it is also not working. I'm not getting any addresses from i2cdump, suggesting that it is either dead or I have not set it up correctly.
Have you used one before? Do you know if I need to do anything special to get it working, such as requiring R-EXT pin to be connected?
