@kenc55, I think it would be helpful if the problem can be better translated. For example, "after loading operating system" -- what in the world does that mean? Can the board be seen as a USB drive? Any blinky indicating liveness? Was something written to the flash successfully at any time? Was firmware already programmed but it doesn't connected to a PC? Frankly, I am unable to decipher the problem description.
It would be premature for anyone here to point fingers at the chip or anything else without a good description of the problem.
So in order for a productive discussion to proceed, I'm sure all here look forward to an updated description that puts forward the problem in the kind of terminology and language used in the datasheet and SDK.
