I think I would have a look at using Home Assistant (HA) with something like Zigbee sensors and power controllers. It has a web interface and potentially you might want to use it for more than your green house. Pimoroni and Pihut have a large range. In my experience you don't need a cloud setup, or apps, to set up your devices (I have used Sonoff and innr) despite some documentation suggesting you do, it all works form HA.
