I'm pretty sure the Raspberry Pi does not have an EDID. Please clarify.However the Pi EDID is causing an issue and I need to disable it.
Did you try setting something like video=HDMI-A-1:480x720@60 in cmdline.txtI need the RPi3 hard set to 480x720@59.94 no matter what.
It's also possible to provide your own file-based EDIDs which I believe the Pi3 will utilize at boot time to initialize the correct resolution at boot time. See https://www.raspberrypi.com/documentati ... _edid_file
