I don't know about technology so much
so I have so many questions
1: How does rpi02w Know Which power source to choose
2: how does it works?
3: does using 2 power will increase the bills?
4: is it safe or not?

The Pi will draw from whichever source is connected. There may be diodes to select from the highest voltage, but probably not - just connect a single source. Two power sources will not increase your power bill (but it will increase the amount of money you spend on power supplies). It's perfectly safe.
