Could you take photographs of the undersides of one or two of the failing CM5s? With the connectors top and bottom, and the FCC ID silkscreen the right way up, concentrate on the upper right corner of the board. Be sure to include the cluster of through-hole joints that include the bottom of the Debug UART connector.
