For those who are interested I've attached some pics of the PCIe to NVME adapter board from the Argon Neo 5 case. The autodetect pullup resistors on the signal lines are visible. Interestingly there seem to be placeholder pads for an EEPROM and pogo pins for SDA, SCL and 5V power. These are all unpopulated, perhaps a future addition or a part of the design that was dropped when greater clarity on the Pi5 PCIe standard emerged?
