I used an inline fast-blow automotive fuse. The difficulty is--along with the rest of the wiring--that the fuse creates a voltage drop which triggers a low voltage error on some of the Pi computers.Sorry for not being able to respond until now. How do I physically connect the wires to two pins? I probably have a soldering station but the head might be too bulky to do work that precise. And would I need a little fuse?
You mean apart from the obvious?
The obvious being female dupont connectors (a.k.a jump wires) spliced to the PSU connector?
Whether or not you use a fuse is up to you.
