Always on, all launch day order, Pi 4B and 2 Pi 5 (4GB and 8GB), ticking along happily. I could get the 3B+ to descent into swapping hell and not recover, requiring a power pull, but the 4B and 5 just run. Pi 5 8GB is my desktop machine and only restarts if I want to update the kernel or the power goes out, which typically occurs every 4-5 months.
Would be interesting to toss a clean RPiOS image on it and see if you get the same behaviour. You issue sounds more like a software issue than hardware. What OS image are you running?
