I’ve already looked into this and researched any fixes for the issue with no luck

In which case why didn't you post what the code means rather than just the code?

And, frankly, without more details on what you have tried no one is going to waste their time making suggestions only be be told "I've already tried that".

Remember, we're all volunteers here. Our time is limited and you need to help us help you.

Fair enough

Despite the things I’ve tried in what I’ve already posted here’s some more.

Researched code (2 long blinks, 4 quick blinks) (File signature/hash mismatch - Pi 4 and Pi 5) - tried imaging using balenEtcher, custom image on Pi imager, no luck.

Some research showed to feel the cpu area on the board when booting to see if it stays cool or gets hot. Mine was mostly cool with a little bit of warmth

Inspected board for any obvious defects, none noted

Ran bootloader, seemed to run successfully

Tried various SD cards (all of which are brand new) with various sizes (1tb, 128gb, 64gb) getting the same issue regardless

Initially the Pi was attached to all of the Pironman5 case hardware, completely disassembled and attempted to boot only with an SD card and HDMI display, same issue

The only time I’m seeing anything displayed from the PI is when I use the bootloader, many findings in my research would say to look at the boot screen, but I don’t get a boot screen or any display on the monitor at that.

Hope some of this can help. Based off inputs I’ve gotten off Reddit, seems to be suggesting the board may just be faulty but would like more input
