I am not sure what value you would need, but if the cm5 still seems to boot and run just fine, I would suggest running a diagnostics software. If everything works and is in good shape, then it is probably not a vital component and you should be fine not fixing it. However, if you want to replace it still for peace of mind, try contacting one of the rpi engineers as they probably have access to the schematics containing the value of the capacitor.
