For running under labwc on Bookworm you need libreoffice-gtk unless you have a lot of time to spare watching the mouse crawl through the menus. Or go back to X11. The version installed via Recommended Software has that theme and maybe other tweaks for the PiOS. The later version that comes with Trixie is also OK.
