I happen to have a pico running with a 256 x 64 pixel OLED display on my bench...
With pico and display running at 5v it is drawing 51mA or about 0.25w . If i drop the supply to 3.7v I see and increase in power consumption (the buck boost converter is having to work harder) to about 74mA and 0.27w.
If you assume a 2Ah Li-ion 18650 that should give you 25+ hours of run time . Make sure the lithium cell have low discharge protection (oh and ignore all those wild claims for 18650 capacity)
A pico-W may draw more current depending on radio usage
