Are the files on the tftp server and (presumably) NFS root server up to date for a 4B?Any ideas?
If you have files on those servers for different OS and/or bit depth are you certain the 4B is getting the correct ones?
As a workaround, you could have just the boot partition on SD card and the rest of the OS on an NFS export.
