Well, the v2 camera definitely works with a Pi 3B+ and the latest RaspiOS 64 Bit Lite.
I've only got the original Rev 1.3 3B+ to try it on, not the new version, but there shouldn't be any difference.andCable or camera fault? Is the cable fully inserted at both ends (it looks OK in the photos)?
Also check the J2 connector on the camera board is pushed firmly home.
