We upgraded the customer to a pi4. The old PSU was thrown out. But since i want to know the issue i asked for the board.
In office i have 6 different (original) PSUs. i've tried with all of them. none of them would turn the RED light on. So nothing happened when i plugged them in.
Then i tried with a usb cable from my pc and it worked. (i did show a "lightning" icon on desktop = low voltage or something)
I tried a samsung PSU (usually used for tablets) with a usb cable and that also worked.
