That dt-blob.bin file appears to only have pins sections for cm and cm4, so I'd be surprised if the image booted on any of the other boards.
It appears to be trying to configure both camera ports for the legacy camera stack.
https://openhdfpv.org/hardware/cameras/ ... y-cameras/ says that OpenHD supports libcamera, so removing the dt-blob.bin file totally and using the relevant "dtoverlay=" line to load the camera driver should work.
As others have said, you'll still need to have the relevant kernel device tree files for CM0. It may be that the firmware is too old to have support for CM0, so you could take the latest files from https://github.com/raspberrypi/firmware
