Is it a breakout board with buffered LEDs on each pin?I have the pico on a breakout board with leds to show when a signal is being received by the pins. In the past, the led for this pin has lit up, but it is failing to do so now. It seems that this problem is specific to this pin only.
It might not show you a 10MHz signal.
Check the signal with a scope at the breakout board end.
Also arbitrary waveform generators can be tricky with digital signals as they are usually designed to have a 50 Ω load.
