Powering via the GPIO header is fine. All the 5V pins are directly connected to each other. But don't rely on the colour coded header as you've installed it the wrong way around.
USB otg (as host?) won't confict.
As for your other requirements you'll need to find the pinouts of the hardware you're using and check for conflicts.
Does your screen really use all of the GPIO or does it just connect to them? Again, find the pinout.
